this hotel i booked has a great location and is so close to the city center. its easy to walk everywhere. there is also a nice view from the windows and blackout curtains are amazing for sleeping in. the breakfasts i eat are amazing and i got addicted to the smoked salmon roll.
the staff at reception i spoke with are not very helpful. i asked about the gym and was sent to a facility two blocks away. the gym staff told me that i needed a qr code from the hotel to enter. when i returned to reception to ask, they just said i should have asked for the qr code, like duh.

This location is amazing. I particularly loved the helpful staff and its guidance on local attractions. I would choose this hotel again!
The room had significant noise issues. I could easily hear subway and train sounds throughout the night, greatly disrupting sleep.

The breakfast included a large selection of food. I haven't seen this in a hotel in a while. the rooms included rituals cosmetics, a wonderful detail. the staff let us park in front to unload our belongings.
The mattress felt bad and dirty. i could feel the tram in my room. The bed shook, and the noise was loud. the tram line outside was very busy.

Lovely City Hotel Stay

The check-in process was very smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the free parking. It is a great amenity. The location near the train station made access easy.
The tram line beside the hotel created noise. It was hard to sleep due to the rattling sound.
